Justice Direction Party Merchandise Refund Policy

At Justice Direction Party (JDP), we strive to offer high-quality merchandise, including t-shirts and other items. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as expected, so we have put in place the following refund policy to ensure customer satisfaction.

1. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are available for merchandise purchases only under the following circumstances:

• Items received are defective or damaged upon arrival.
• Items are not as described or are incorrect from what was ordered.

2. Return Process

If you wish to request a refund, please contact us at info@jdparty.co.ke within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include proof of purchase, the reason for the return, and any relevant photos of the item if damaged or defective.

3. Refunds and Exchanges

Once your refund request is approved, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Alternatively, you can opt for an exchange if the item is available in the desired size or style.

4. Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds for items that are:

• Opened or worn (unless defective)
• On sale or promotional items
