Born in Kibra in January 1979 .His Excellency Shedrack Omondi Okindo(MOSQUITO) is a person with Multiple Talents. He hails from a humble family and underwent the process of education like any other Kenyan Child but his skills and Leadership attributes emerged in his formative years in school. He is a talented vocalist, that means he is a musician of repute who has been in the industry for long and performed alongside many internationally renowned musicians.
He left music when the time was ripe for him to join politics in 2019 which is a call to him but still supports artists and upcoming Musicians and ride with him in his car ,you will realize the kind of music he plays and it reminds him of his hey days on stage as he repeatedly sings along and pledge to support the youth.
In his Political Career,he has worked with the who is who in Kenyan Politics including Hon.Gedion Moi ,when he single handedly revamped KANU after the demise of Mzee Daniel Toroitich Arap Moi,the Second President of the Republic of Kenya.
Hon.Shedrack Okindo was able to initiate and come up with the 47 chairs Caucus that injected life into a New KANU ,which gave Mheshimiwa Gideon Moi power To Command KANU again.Mr.Okindo played a big role in the reshaping of Political space in Kenya.
Mr.Okindo vied for 2019 by election in Kibra Constituency Seat,when Hon.Okoth passed on against the mighty And giants the likes of the now CS for digital transformation who was a force to reckon with and emerged position six out of twenty four aspirants.
